Business Process Optimization Manager manages teams that study and develop optimization changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. Being a Business Process Optimization Manager oversees the in-depth analysis of existing workflows. Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Additionally, Business Process Optimization Manager engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross-functional groups to collect inputs. Implements the tools required to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPI), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions. The Kiva Capital Access Manager will work with a collaborative team to support the Kiva mission and initiatives of Kiva@WWBIC in Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth counties. The Kiva program is designed to support financially excluded and socially impactful entrepreneurs with zero-interest crowdfunded microloans. This position will require at least two years of experience in sales, business development, program management, political campaigns, or a related role with an existing network in the South East WI area. Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly encouraged. Must have the ability to work on multiple projects and be flexible and comfortable with change. Must be positive and enthusiastic with a deep passion for the work of Kiva and expanding economic development. Must be highly independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial and a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and defining your own direction.
