The Logistics Project Manager will support the logistics of test materials as a liaison leader between the transportation, procurement, and warehouse teams. This position will be responsible for Identifying and mitigating service level risks, supporting supply chain process development and driving continuous improvement.

Job Duties

• Serve as the primary liaison between Project Managers and Supply Chain teams across transportation, procurement, and warehouse services.
• Manage the test material Smartsheet data and deliver data to multiple stakeholders.
• Lead Test Material Tracking Meetings with Project Managers, Procurement, Process Development, Packaging Engineering, Technical Transfer teams to identify and mitigate material delays.
• Follow-up on materials specification (SPECS) creation
• Manage the workflow and communication follow-up on purchase order creation.
• Ensure timely and efficient material transportation and on-time delivery.
• Escalate logistics and operational risks and potential delays and support their timely resolution.
• Support Cycle counting, inventory management operations at regional warehouse locations.
• Support Test Material identification at regional warehouse locations.
• Submit material requests into the Global Inventory Assessment Smartsheet.
• Collaborate with client logistics resources to complete forms and ship materials to and from vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with client transportation teams to ship test materials between various regional warehouse locations.
• Add new test material data to regional warehouse Smartsheet.
• Identify waste at regional warehouse and communicate the need to the client waste management team.
• Support commercial materials reclassification to test materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• High degree of proficiency with presentation, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience with logistics and warehouse supply chain operations.
• Ability to deliver solutions driven communication in a complex logistics environment.
• Prior warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution industry experience, ideally in a biomedical and/or pharmaceutical environment.
• Ability to understand and adhere to cGMP practices.
• Working knowledge of transportation management, procurement, and logistics operations
• Strong computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred.
• Experience leveraging Smartsheet in a logistics environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem resolutions skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
