Business Process Optimization Manager manages teams that study and develop optimization changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. Being a Business Process Optimization Manager oversees the in-depth analysis of existing workflows. Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Additionally, Business Process Optimization Manager engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross-functional groups to collect inputs. Implements the tools required to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPI), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions. Introduces new business processes to the organization and produces documentation, tools, and training to support adoption. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Business Process Optimization Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Process Optimization Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • File scanning and organization.
    • Create and execute mail merges.
    • Research landowner, county, and courthouse information.
    • Prepare, package and mail documents, payments, and other project related materials.
    • Perform data and document quality control measures.
    • Confirming accuracy of project related documents and reports.
    • Perform owner relations support by fielding phone calls from landowners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
    • Participate in regular team and company meetings.
    • Issuing payments and invoices.
    • Recording documents, ensuring they meet necessary client, county, and state standards.
    • Prepare and maintain reports for project tracking efforts.
    • Maintain confidential source data within various database(s) to meet business needs.
    • Build strong internal and cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to identify communication gaps and develop solutions.
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Read and write in English.
    • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
    • Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Strong typing and data entry skills with minimal errors.
    • Motivated with ability to flex to rapidly changing priorities.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work in order to meet project deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
    • Communicate verbally with staff members and/or customers.
    • Retrieve, read, and interpret information from technical sources.
    Education and Experience: 
    • High School diploma, or equivalent.
    • Some college a plus.
    • 1-5 years of professional office experience required.
