Business Process Optimization Manager manages teams that study and develop optimization changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. Being a Business Process Optimization Manager oversees the in-depth analysis of existing workflows. Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Additionally, Business Process Optimization Manager engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross-functional groups to collect inputs. Implements the tools required to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPI), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions. Introduces new business processes to the organization and produces documentation, tools, and training to support adoption. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Business Process Optimization Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Process Optimization Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     1. Contribute on task delivery such as performing descriptive analysis, and enhancing dashboard/query for data warehouse
    2. Contribute to build and maintain dashboard/tracker
    3. Explore inefficiency business and develop data-driven solution
    4. Responsible for organizing data flow in the following department
    5. Support team in managing ongoing project

    Qualifications

    1. Fresh graduate from reputable universities majoring Industrial Engineering with GPA >=3.5
    2. Being passionate, strong teamwork, and demonstrate a ‘get things done’ spirit will make you successful in this program.
    3. Have good interpersonal and communication skill
    4. Available for at least 6 months, and have a chance to be hired into full time job
    5. Familiar / willing to learn with performing data mining (SQL, Google Sheets, Data Studio)
    6. Love to work with numbers
