Business Process Optimization Manager manages teams that study and develop optimization changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. Being a Business Process Optimization Manager oversees the in-depth analysis of existing workflows. Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Additionally, Business Process Optimization Manager engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross-functional groups to collect inputs. Implements the tools required to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPI), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions. Introduces new business processes to the organization and produces documentation, tools, and training to support adoption. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Business Process Optimization Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Process Optimization Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Our Hotels and Clubs:


    Aethos currently operates five properties and is growing fast in 2024 / 2025. The hotels in its portfolio currently includes Aethos Milan, Aethos Monterosa (located in the Italian Alps), Aethos Saragano (in Umbria), Aethos Corsica, and Aethos Ericeira (north of Lisbon). The portfolio consists of a mix of urban and leisure destinations, all aimed at providing an exceptional guest experience. Aethos has also recently opened its first members club in Milan, marking the beginning of its global network of members clubs. Aethos aims to create a collection of properties that will serve as clusters for its members and guests to enjoy. These clusters will comprise a city destination and a countryside or seaside destination within driving distance, offering a diverse range of experiences. The first of these clusters is located in Milan and Monte Rosa, and the next cluster will be in Lisbon and Ericeira.

    Your Responsibilities to Avoid Boredom During the Day:
    • Take strategic ownership of the performance of 5 existing hotels in Europe.
    • Assume full responsibility for upcoming 5 new European hotels in 2024/2025.
    • Implement daily yield management strategies to drive hotel revenues and market share.
    • Conduct statistical analysis to develop effective strategies and approaches.
    • Monitor and optimize distribution channels to ensure optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with General Managers (GMs) to prepare accurate forecasts for each hotel.
    • Work closely with the VP of Commercial to conceptualize yearly budgets.
    • Assist in analyzing new markets and preparing room budgets for potential property acquisitions.


    You can start ASAP if you have:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or distribution.
    • Previous experience managing multiple properties is highly desired.
    • Strong knowledge of running promotions without compromising brand integrity.
    • Excellent numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
    • Highly committed and self-motivated.
    • Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge with others.
    • Experience using Atomize, Ideas, and Mews is a plus.
    • Proficient written and spoken English skills.
