Business Process Optimization Manager manages teams that study and develop optimization changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. Being a Business Process Optimization Manager oversees the in-depth analysis of existing workflows. Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Additionally, Business Process Optimization Manager engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross-functional groups to collect inputs. Implements the tools required to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPI), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions. Introduces new business processes to the organization and produces documentation, tools, and training to support adoption. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Business Process Optimization Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Process Optimization Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Summary

    The ALL Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Business Process Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, and some experience with data science and business intelligence. Additionally, a deep understanding of general business operations is essential.

    In this role, the Business Process Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of critical business processes and systems, including project management software, data management platforms, and equipment rental software. The ideal candidate will have a balanced understanding of both technical aspects and business operations. They will be comfortable diving into the details of technology projects and maintaining a broad view of our company's operational needs.

    This is an onsite, full-time exempt position with comprehensive benefits located at our corporate headquarters.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, manage, and execute technology projects from conception to completion
    • Work closely with technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are well-planned and executed
    • Manage project timelines, and resources effectively
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, including system architecture, APIs, and SaaS models
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of new technology and processes
    • Train team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
    • Other duties assigned 

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of project management and related experience
    • Proven experience in project management, with a strong technical background and a strong understanding of general business operations
    • Prior exposure to the equipment rental business is beneficial
    • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and organizational competencies
    • Experienced in presenting information to audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel
    • Some experience with business intelligence tools
    • Proficient in managing numerous projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and organization
    • Experienced in applying change management principles to achieve successful outcomes
    • Knowledge of APIs, and SaaS models a plus
    • Experience working with Python programming language a plus
