Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. Being a Business Process Optimization Manager oversees the in-depth analysis of existing workflows. Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Additionally, Business Process Optimization Manager engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross-functional groups to collect inputs. We are seeking a dedicated water professional to join our team as a SENIOR WATER PROCESS DESIGN MANAGER and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
This position joins our established water team in Washington and Oregon. Our preference is for this position to be based out of western Washington. However, we are open to considering exceptional candidates outside of Washington who are committed to travel for client connection, mentorship, team integration, and to support the water division's key initiatives.
Focus of the Position
You are an experienced process design manager who can provide:
Project Delivery Oversight: Oversee the design process, including the creation of plans, drawings, and specifications with a primary emphasis as lead mechanical designer on wastewater and water treatment facilities. Additional experience with water/wastewater distribution and collection system design and construction would be desirable, but is not a requirement of this position.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage the design phase of wastewater and water projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, quality assurance and client expectations.
Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers in the development and execution of water-related projects. This may include developing project scopes and budgets, project scheduling, defining and assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the design phase.

Base salary for this position is in the range of $180-$200K . Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. For all positions we conduct an equity review.
