Business Process Optimization Director manages teams that study and develop optimization changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Conducts research on best practices and industry trends for the business. Being a Business Process Optimization Director oversees the in-depth analysis of existing workflows. Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Additionally, Business Process Optimization Director engages and organizes subject matter experts and cross-functional groups to collect inputs. Implements the tools required to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPI), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions. Introduces new business processes to the organization and produces documentation, tools, and training to support adoption. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Business Process Optimization Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Business Process Optimization Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Process Optimization to join our dynamic team The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the optimization of our business processes to drive efficiency productivity and overall performance As the Director of Business Process Optimization you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities develop strategies and implement initiatives to achieve operational excellence



    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive business process optimization strategy
    • aligned with the company's strategic goals
    • Identify analyze and evaluate existing business processes systems
    • and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives scope
    • and deliverables for process optimization initiatives
    • Lead a team of process improvement professionals providing guidance mentorship
    • and support to ensure successful project execution
    • Implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement across the organization
    • Conduct thorough process assessments mapping
    • and gap analysis to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing efficiency
    • Design document and implement optimized business processes
    • ensuring effective communication and change management throughout the organization
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress measure success
    • and identify areas for further improvement
    • Collaborate with systems team to leverage technology and automation solutions for process optimization
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices emerging trends
    • and technologies related to business process optimization


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field
    • A Master's degree is preferred
    • Proven experience in business process optimization
    • preferably in a leadership role
    • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
    • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage deadlines
    • and deliver results
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Proficient in process mapping
    • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
    • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
