Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Our Business Process Centers (BPC) offer a variety of business activities on behalf of our clients on a regional, national and/or global basis through offsite or offshore BPC locations. An emphasis is placed on automation and technology with quality staffing to ensure accuracy & compliance in a standardized fashion. The workflow optimization specialist will be responsible for supporting and ensuring developed workflows, processes and implementations are implemented and managed in compliance to best practices initiatives including Fundamentals of Quality. Specifically, the Specialist will drive support for BPC Services to ensure that the implementation services, documentation, analytical measurements and training are in place to support new business, performance management and continuous improvement.
