This is an excellent opportunity to lead the Process Optimization Team which is responsible for optimizing the manufacturing processes in melting, hot-working, finishing, laboratory machining, and inspections. This team is responsible for improvements to the processes and standards that enhance safety, equipment performance, and product quality.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related degree program.
10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
7 years of experience leading teams in Manufacturing Process Optimization or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expert in Process Engineering
This role will be ONSITE out of the Charlotte, NC Metro area facility.
