Our Cleveland based client is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join their team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in office. Our client is very flexible when work from home is needed. This is a Direct-Hire opportunity with a company that invests in their people, good compensation and a strong benefit package.

Salary Range: $65 - 90k, depending on experience
Location: Hudson, OH
Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days/week on-site with additional flexibility, Hours 8a-5p

Job Description:

The biggest pieces for this role is someone who can dig into business process, understand what it is they are trying to accomplish, ask the right questions to find the why. Strong on Client engagement / Operations work - good discovery on the front end . measurement on the back end. Critical-thinking / Curiosity / focused on End-User experience.

You will work on a basket of Client-facing applications. 2 examples: Insight and visibility for clients' Driver Performance / Safety & Training status, etc. Another is a Customer Portal to view real-time claim status / tracking / history, etc.. Client is willing to train the more IT aspects of the role like User Story Creation / Mapping / backlog grooming, etc.. Additional Responsibilities include:

• Works with business managers, stakeholders, and end users to define system and project needs and requirements
• Defines features and creates detailed user stories for IT to fully evaluate scope, level of effort and timing
• Understands the company vision, delivering new/enhanced features that support strategic initiatives
• Locates and defines new process improvement opportunities, and works with management to prioritize business and information needs
