Sales Specialist

Duties:

• Represent The Better Business Bureau and convey the benefits of Accreditation to potential qualifying businesses
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales skills
• Organize daily work schedule to call on potential customers
• Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to handle objections
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
• Ensure The Better Business Bureau standards are being upheld

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data platforms and CRMs
• Ability to examine data from multiple sources to determine whether a potential business meets BBB qualifications
• Highly organized
• Time-management skills
• Three or more years of sales experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Ability to ensure task, milestones and goals are met according to defined timelines
• Availability to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm
