This position entails the comprehensive management of data modeling, architecture creation, and information processing and delivery. The BI Manager will provide profound expertise in establishing and adhering to architectural standards in an enterprise data warehouse environment. Key responsibilities include leading efforts to diagnose and address issues affecting our customers, pinpointing root causes, and guiding the team toward strategic data solutions. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency and leadership skills to mentor and direct less experienced team members toward achieving departmental goals and maintaining high-quality data management practices. They fully support the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of Midland Health. The BI Manager will manage the team of Data Coordinators, BI Developers, and Data Integration Engineers and is responsible for ensuring a high-quality, high high-performing team. Provides management of the team's work in alignment with governance and priorities for Midland Health’s priorities.
