About the job:- Business Intelligence Developer to support a large scale, long-term project with the US Navy’s Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) in Norfolk, VA
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain, within an Agile environment:
- Business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense
- Customer facing data sets using Qlik Catalog
- ETL jobs using Qlik Replicate/Compose
- Gather reporting, dashboard, and metric requirements
- Design and create data visualizations, analytical reports, and dashboards:
- Integration with an existing Navy application
- Development of new Navy applications
- Answering ad-hoc data calls
- Test and validate data in reports developed within the team.
- Participate in resolving technical issues that arise during development.
- Communicate and coordinate with members of the development team to work across multiple projects.
- Assist with documentation for IT technical processes and software user guides
- Other duties as assigned or required
About you:- Experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar required
- Experience in an Agile development environment utilizing tools such as JIRA and Confluence (or comparable tools from other vendors).
Preferred Skills:- ETL and Data Modeling
- Oracle or SQL
- Qlik QDI
- APIs
- Working on government funded programs
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Travel:
Up to 10% travel to Norfolk, VA will be required.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 additional 25% SEP and 12.5% IBA
