Key Duties and Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                       

• • Collect, cleanse, and consolidate data from various sources related to marketing campaigns, real estate trends, and sales performance.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Communicate data analysis results in an informed, unbiased and predictive way to aid in making business intelligence suggestions.

• • Collaborate with the Marketing department to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, segmentations, and preferences to enhance targeted marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing return on investment.

• • Assist the Real Estate department in evaluating potential locations for new stores and expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, demographics, and competitive landscapes to support real estate decision-making.

• • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address specific data-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency through data analysis.

• • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define requirements and strategies for data collection and analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities                                                                                                                                 

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a marketing or real estate context.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with business intelligence concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts is a plus.
• Proven experience using Placer.ai, Buxtonco, Alteryx, CoStar, Oracle, Hubspot, Monday.com software is a plus.
