Competencies and Attributes Needed:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or equivalent experience.
· 5 years of experience in a Business Development role with knowledge of manufacturing and engineering.
· Ability to conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and prospect new clients.
· Technical acumen and knowledge, with the ability to discuss specific needs with clients.
· Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a proactive approach to prospecting.
· Collaborative with strong customer service and communication skills.
· Self-motivated with robust project management and organizational skills, demonstrating the initiative to manage projects and achieve goals.
· Proficient in software including Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM systems, with the ability to learn Thermcraft’s internal customer systems.
