YOUR ROLE
As an analytics leader you will build strong relationships with various teams across Launch Potato by identifying inefficiencies & opportunities on campaigns, content, messages, and advertisers that promote margin growth. You will become an expert in the KPIs and funnel metrics that make an impact in our ability scale and profitability. You know how to prioritize competing tasks and ad hoc requests from various stakeholders while proactively digging into the data and looking for actionable insights.
In this role you will become the main point of contact for all analysis and deeper insights while building a team. This role will report to the Associate Director of Analytics.

Salary range: $110,000–$165,000
Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
