    Responsibilities
    • Empower self-service analytics: Build intuitive dashboards and data models that enable internal stakeholders to independently explore and answer their own business intelligence questions. Foster a data-driven culture by equipping everyone with the tools and knowledge they need to leverage data insights.
    • Deep dive into user behavior: Master the art of dissecting user journeys within our digital products (apps and websites). Identify patterns, trends, and hidden relationships that reveal user motivations and drive engagement.
    • Become the voice of data: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across all departments. Present your findings with compelling storytelling, captivating attention and motivating change.
    • Unleash the growth engine: Focus on business-critical metrics like funnel optimization, churn predictions, retention probability, and other key performance indicators that guide user experience improvements and optimize business outcomes.
    • Partner for success: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, ad sales, finance, and other teams to understand their challenges and translate data into solutions that drive growth. Champion data-driven decision making and foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration.
    • Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively identify emerging trends and opportunities through ongoing data analysis and research. Be a catalyst for innovation, suggesting new data-driven initiatives that propel our growth trajectory.


    Experience & Requirements
    • 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, preferably within a high-growth tech company.
    • Proven track record of successfully building and implementing data dashboards and models for self-service analytics.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL,Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
    • Collaborative and cross-functional mindset, with a passion for building strong relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • A growth-oriented mindset, always seeking new ways to leverage data for strategic advantage.
