ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and execution of the organization's business intelligence strategy, aligning it with the overarching goals of enhancing healthcare through technology.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain advanced data analytics systems and dashboards that provide actionable insights into patient care, operational efficiency, and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, clinical operations, and marketing, to ensure data-driven decision-making processes are integrated across the organization.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of healthcare data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and privacy regulations.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in healthcare technology and business intelligence to continually enhance the organization's data analytics capabilities.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a business intelligence role, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, with strong skills in SQL and data modeling.

• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Position requires long periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
