What You'll Contribute The Manager, Business Analysis will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts, driving data-driven insights, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze complex data sets, and provide valuable recommendations to optimize business operations and drive growth. What You'll Do Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth and development. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for analysis and improvement. Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns. Develop and present actionable recommendations and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensure the adherence to business analysis methodologies, best practices, and standards across projects. Provide subject matter expertise in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. What you have Minimum education, skills and experience required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop data-driven strategies. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field. 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
