Reporting to the Senior Vice President and the MLG Technology/Data Committee, the Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing MLG Capital’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for both internal and external stakeholders. This role will lead the expansion of our BI reporting capabilities, leveraging our newly established cloud-based data warehouse. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong critical thinking skills, and an experienced background in data analysis & development, to take ownership of internal and external reporting initiatives within our organization.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment and is passionate about making an impact within the dynamic landscape of private real estate and equity. The position will require working across various business lines, gathering reporting requirements, and developing solutions. This individual will be instrumental in meeting the evolving data needs of our organization. As part of this role, the BI Analyst will also play a lead role in designing and implementing data visualizations to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. This individual will be a pro in Microsoft Power BI (Dax).
