Business Intelligence Director directs a business intelligence group centered on providing insight and aiding in business decision-making. Oversees the planning of projects to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions. Being a Business Intelligence Director collaborates with other departments to identify and generate potential business intelligence initiatives, and ensures that business intelligence analysts have the tools, training, and understanding of the field to produce effective dashboards, reports, and metrics. Makes resource allocation and staffing decisions. Additionally, Business Intelligence Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Business Intelligence Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Business Intelligence Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • QEH2, a process-driven and fast-growing managed service provider in the Denver Metropolitan area, is looking for a dependable, thorough, and professional Systems Administrator-Field Engineer willing to work hard in a steady paced, results-oriented business with opportunities for advancement. The Systems Administrator uses a defined process to provide end-user support, systems administration, planning, and communication to multiple clients via onsite and offsite efforts. As a Systems Administrator-Field Engineer, you will, in association with other team members, maintain and support all of the Information Technology-related items for your clients with accuracy and care. With your team, you will provide leadership to the customers regarding the server, networking and desktop support, systems design, engineering, and maintenance support.


    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain solid client relationships by handling questions and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
    • Resolve client and system issues by determining the real or underlying cause of an incident (root cause analysis) in order to prevent future recurrences. Also support break fix efforts of system/server related issues.
    • Ensures that service commitments are met within standard response time.
    • Communicates via phone and email with client and teammates.
    • Configure and tune operating systems for servers and client systems using the following operation systems: Microsoft Windows 7,8,10,11/Windows SBS 2003-2011/Server 2012/Server 2016/Server 2012 services.
    • Provide maintenance of the system/servers infrastructure including patching, system upgrades, backups, and system configuration changes.
    • Develop document and store standard operating procedures and best practices in our technical repository.
    • Trains clients on the use and basic maintenance of their IT Assets.
    • Completes all required paperwork (time sheets, statements of work, tickets, etc.).
    • Assist other technicians, sales staff and administrative staff as requested.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • Minimum of 4 years IT support experience
    o Minimum of 2 years' experience with Windows administration in an enterprise environment
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related engineering discipline, with appropriate background and knowledge of current industry technologies and industry standards for enterprise networks, including TCP/IP infrastructure and other IP-enabled technologies.
    • Strong Knowledge of the following technologies:
    o Microsoft Windows
    o Microsoft Exchange
    o Microsoft Office and associated applications
    o Patch Management
    o VMWare
    o Basic networking topology, hardware and software
    o Basic data backup hardware and software
    o Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,
    • Advanced level problem solving and root cause analysis skills
    • Customer service focus, and strong interface/communication skills
    • Competent and professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT
    • The selected candidate will work from the office as needed, work remotely, and travel from client to client throughout the Denver Metro area.
