Role Accountabilities |

- Design and develop BI using advanced analytic techniques to drive improved insights and reporting - Develop dashboards based on business requirements following industry best practices and approved methodologies - Identify key trends and patterns via analysis of internal and external data associated with the performance of the company and report to management - Gather pertinent information from authorized sources to assess project requirements as related to assigned scope of work - Design, implement, test, deploy and document system configurations, as a subject matter expert on cross-functional teams, leading a team as necessary - Verify data accuracy and integrity when sourcing and curating data from the Company’s business systems into data models - Provide technical consulting to users regarding BI and development - Identify and define interfaces to other software applications and functions - Ensure software module configurations integrate successfully with existing system configurations - Plan and execute productivity enhancements or product deployment projects - Resolve internal and/or external client issues with the application software, escalating as necessary to appropriate personnel |

Minimum Qualifications |

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer applications, or related field or equivalent education/experience - 4 years of experience with at least one of the following: enterprise Business Intelligence tools, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau or Qlik - 3 years of experience in ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Analysis, Data Architecture, and Data Modeling - 1 year of experience in design and deployment of enterprise applications, through project life cycles - Demonstrated experience with data mapping, data flows, and data science techniques - Demonstrated ability to deliver a project or multiple projects on time, from concept through deployment - Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts - Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills - Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility - Proficiency with SQL - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook - Availability to travel domestically and internationally, less than 5% |
