POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Intelligence Director will be responsible for leading a team of Supply Chain Consultants/Specialists to own small to medium scaled supply chain projects for standards, process, systems development, and integration. In addition to normal day-to-day business needs, responsibilities will include global market launches and M&A integrations. The incumbent is expected to be a working leader responsible for supporting the Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement teams in all areas of Master Data creation and maintenance which impact ERP systems and any Excel based supply chain tools. The incumbent will interact with a wide variety of contacts inside and outside the company, including all business functions, both at staff and at operational locations, and will lead master data strategy development, planning and implementation. This leader will be called upon as a subject matter expert in master data and must be capable of providing training and support to all users in a way that is grounded in the business objectives. A team of supply chain specialists, consultants, master data and recipe analysts will report to the position, and the role will be responsible for all performance management, training and development of the supply chain associates.
