Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Duration: 12 Months

Work Timing: 1.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Location: 801 Sunshine Road, Kansas City, KS

Position Description

Supervise a group of 10-15 maintenance technicians in a manufacturing facility that operates 24/7/360 days per year.

• Provide leadership to the assigned crew to ensure the plant’s safety and GMP policies are followed and that the crew executes work plans as directed.

• Integral member of the maintenance team that will be responsible for updating preventative maintenance programs and improving the asset care plans for plant equipment.

Skills Required

Technical – Mechanical or electrical training

• Supervisory/Leadership training or experience

• Manufacturing – troubleshooting machinery

• Computer Skills – CMMS – Computerized Maintenance Management System

• Microsoft Office Suite

Experience Required

2 -Years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or 5- years of total experience in a manufacturing plant.

Experience Preferred

Experience in a maintenance technical role strongly preferred.

• Union- Journeyman experience preferred

Education Required

High School Diploma with some technical training in maintenance/engineering field

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
