Business Development Supervisor identifies, evaluates, and pursues business opportunities with partners or potential customers. Coordinates and negotiates with other departments to implement marketing initiatives. Being a Business Development Supervisor is responsible for maintaining close relationship with existing clients. Acquires new customers, retains and expands existing customer relationships. Additionally, Business Development Supervisor develops sales of products and services by investigating and resolving customer problems, recommends modifications to the product/service line, and coordinates sales negotiations with appropriate personnel. Responsible for meeting sales volume and revenue goals and standards for activity, such as number of sales calls. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or marketing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Business Development Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Development Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Position: Business Development Representative

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, multi-family property managers, commercial property managers, real estate agents, and HVAC companies to generate leads and referrals.
    • Proactively reach out to potential referral sources through various channels, including cold calls, setting appointments, phone calls, emails, and networking events.
    • Educate potential partners about Pure Air Restoration's services and benefits, emphasizing our customer service (4.9 Google rating) coupled with expertise in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and air duct cleaning.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support lead generation efforts.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
    • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics regularly.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the restoration or construction industry.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
