May administer or negotiate new business proposals and prepare contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Business Development Manager, Sr. typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Business Development Manager, Sr. typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. What You'll Contribute The Manager, Business Analysis will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts, driving data-driven insights, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze complex data sets, and provide valuable recommendations to optimize business operations and drive growth. What You'll Do Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth and development. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for analysis and improvement. Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns. Develop and present actionable recommendations and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensure the adherence to business analysis methodologies, best practices, and standards across projects. Provide subject matter expertise in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. What you have Minimum education, skills and experience required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop data-driven strategies. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects. Experience in market and industry research. Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization. Experience with data management and data governance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Preferred education, skills, and experience. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field. 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
