The Business Development Manager is a vital position within the sales department for the future growth of Mayflower Cruises & Tours. You will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales goals as well as coming up with ideas for strategic sales plans and their implementation. Developing, managing, and nurturing new Group Travel business partnerships and accounts to accomplish volume and our profit goals is key to this position.
The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 dependent on location, experience, and track record. This position is eligible for generous incentives/commissions.
