Additionally, Business Development Manager - Biotech relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Responsibilities:- Generate leads by building relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and adjusters
- Promote all services offered by Paul Davis Restoration
- Schedule and visit insurance customers, attending networking functions and trade shows
- Manage marketing programs and utilize technology software for CRM, email campaigns, and sales tracking
- Attend training courses and conferences
- Coordinate community events, charitable activities, and Continuing Education courses
- Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:- Proven ability to close sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking and project management ability
- Excellent organizational and computer skills (Internet, Microsoft Office)
- Independent, personable, and self-directed
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications preferred
- Minimum three years of sales experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Franchise, restoration, or construction/home improvement experience is a plus
