As Business Development Manager, you are responsible for the operations and development and operational viability of our organization and brand. Core duties include -

• Facilitating growth of client census through creation and fostering of relationships with key referral sources.
• Monitoring quality standards of client services to ensure that each client feels like their needs are heard and met.
• Developing and implementing systems to enhance our market position while carrying out the organization's mission and culture.
• Building stong recruitment recruitment pipelines of new caregiver candidates.
• Developing best practices that facilitate our goal to ensure that our caregiver teams experience a high quality and meaningful work life that promotes growth and opportunity.
