New York Health Care Inc., is now in our 40th year of business is seeking a full time Director of Marketing position for immediate hire. This is a hybrid in-office and field supervisory position which will includes significant travel within the local area. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established agency with a wide geographic service area, an abundance of existing contractual relationships and a sterling reputation.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee, manage and mentor community outreach and marketing representatives
Monitor and supervise field employees to oversee production and enhance outcomes
Act as a liaison to MLTC and MCO contracts and referral sources
Work closely with Intake department to facilitate member enrollment
Maintain, identify, procure and facilitate referral sources throughout the community
Oversee company’s marketing and business development efforts
Propose and develop strategic partnerships
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
High School Diploma
College preferred
Experience:
MUST have previous experience in health care business development (home care strongly preferred)
Previous relationships with referral sources and MLTC and MCO organizations
Previous management of outreach sales and marketing teams
Knowledge of DOH and JCAHO regulations, guidelines and enrollment process
Excellent communication skills in both the oral and written form
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Other:
Previous experience using HHA Exchange software
