Job Summary:
The Director of Business Development (“Dir of BD”) serves as a key member of the TriStruX Business Development team, responsible for developing, improving and cultivating the organization’s vision, revenue strategy, and mission into successful revenue growth and client satisfaction strategies for the company’s Accounts.
The Director of Business Development reports into the Business Development organization and is specifically responsible to implement the company’s Large Account Selling model to the tower companies based in the US from American Tower to the new tower build companies. The Dir of BD successfully sells new programs, identifies, and implements strategies to raise the profile of TriStruX with the account and partners with TriStruX field organization to efficiently and simply deliver for the client. Additionally, this BD professional serves as the key contact into the account to respond to RFPs, negotiate and close business deals and ensure TriStruX brand is strong and consistent across the targeted account.
