We are seeking a Business Development Associate with a passion for networking, trust-building, and problem-solving and who is energized by the daily challenge of identifying the right partners and projects for our business to work with and on. The ideal candidate has leadership potential, and a desire to develop into a more senior role, over time, within our business development / sales team. You must be personable and collaborative, work seamlessly and cross-functionally, and have a keen curiosity for our core competencies and for whom they are best suited. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to successfully qualifying leads and educating the best among them as to our value proposition.
