Position Overview:
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates. This entry-level sales position offers an exciting opportunity to fast track into a Sales Representative role within our company. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, building relationships, and ultimately driving business growth for our roofing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including door-to-door outreach, cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their restoration needs and educate them about our company's services and value proposition.
• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of potential clients' exterior requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, property managers, building owners, real estate agents, and insurance agents.
• Collaborate with the sales team and work with manager to implement creative ways to achieve goals and maximize commissions.
• Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including lead tracking, sales presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to our values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus, but not essential. We welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
