The HCI Strategy and Analytics Office (SAO) drives strategy development and data analytics for clinical care and cancer research initiatives. This role supports both facets of SAO’s responsibilities.

This role conducts data analysis projects including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining. The position calls for detail-oriented analysis as well as an ability to think critically, abstractly, and theoretically. Successful performance is demonstrated through management and analysis of complex databases, completion of business analyses, and assisting in the design and articulation of business strategy. Day-to-day tasks include providing highly accurate reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses related to clinical operations, financial performance, research initiatives, and market trends.

Huntsman Cancer Institute is committed to cancer prevention, care, and survivorship for all communities within the area we serve – which includes Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming – with impact worldwide. In your cover letter or during your interview process, we invite you to share how your personal and professional experiences have prepared you to serve as a member of our team as we work to reduce the cancer burden experienced by all people and communities. This may include description of your prior experiences related to research, prevention, clinical care, community engagement/outreach, training, administration, or other areas relevant to Huntsman Cancer Institute’s mission and this position.
