    Job Description:
     Collaborates with business to understand project goals and objec­tives as related to corporate    strategy. Translates business require­ments into functional specifications that enables information technol­ogy to design and implement desired solution.
    • Lead, direct and coordinate requirement gathering sessions for medium to large projects.
    • Define and document business and system require­ments per information technology guidelines.
    • Complete work requests in order to maintain service level objectives in accordance with information tech­nology department goals and guidelines.
    • Support business units by investigating operations-re­lated opportunities and recommend solutions.
    • Validate and verify requirements tracing to design and test documentation.
    Skill matrix:
    BA with some Data Warehouse background.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 4 years progressive business analysis experience sup­ porting medium to large size projects.
    • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.
    • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive part­nerships and work collaboratively with cross-function­al business teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
    • Ability to lead discussions, make presentations and deliver technical results to a non-technical audience.

Dearborn Heights is a city in Wayne County, in the Detroit metropolitan area, in the State of Michigan. The population was 57,774 at the 2010 census.
