AM Home Delivery Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Non-CDL Delivery Specialist, Appliance Installer, and Warehouse Manager to join our team. This multifaceted role requires a candidate with experience in delivery driving, appliance installation, and warehouse management. Our fast growing Local distribution center is located in 1415 South 700 West Salt lake City Utah 84104.

** Great Pay and Growth Opportunity**

This is a dual role position. At our fast growing DC in Salt Lake City. You will spend 4 days a week delivering in the surrounding Salt Lake area, and receive a truck once per week. typically, on Fridays. You will load your own truck along with another delivery specialist, and also oversee another delivery team, that runs lay over routes during the week. Appliance installation experience is a priority, with excellent growth potential to add delivery teams and assume full time distribution center management.

Specifics:

- Safely and efficiently transport appliances, TV's, electronics and furniture to customers' homes in a timely manner.
- Install a variety of appliances, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and space optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency.

General Requirements

• Valid License
• Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one prior to starting
• 3 years MVR record with two or fewer violations and accidents
• Appliance Installation experience
• Reliable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Focused on safety
• Regular, full attendance is essential to job function
• Work the required schedule at the specific location required, complete employment application, submit to a background investigation to include past employment, education and criminal history.
• Be able to pass background to access military bases
