The Entry Level Project Manager position is the first level of competency to be attained upon joining the MATRIX Work Ready Training Program in the Project Manager career path. The Entry Level is designed to orient and initially expose an individual to the role of Project Manager. The Project Manager is the person assigned to lead the project team that is responsible for achieving the project outcomes. It is expected that the Entry Level Project Manager engages in competency development activities while contributing to the service being provided by MATRIX at the client location.
