Job Summary (Primary function)
This position reports to the Business Information Services team and is part of Incytes North American Business Operations organization. Primarily focused on Incytes Dermatology franchise, this role will participate in the delivery and support of solutions designed to enable Incytes Sales, Marketing, and Patient Access teams to effectively execute their daily business and enhance performance. This position will work closely with cross functional teams and external partners to ensure Incytes CRM platforms and ecosystem are foundationally sound, efficient, and leverage industry best practices and best in class technologies.
The successful candidate will be flexible and eager to embrace a continuous, aggressive learning curve, and must be self-motivated. The candidate must be capable of supporting multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-oriented, and cross-functionally collaborative environment. Additionally, a customer-service orientation with strong oral and written communication skills are keys for success.
Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)
· Provide daily hands-on support, administration, and configuration of CRM systems (Salesforce & Veeva) for the North American Commercial and Medical Affairs teams
· Assist overall BIS CRM and Applications team with secondary or backup coverage for Incytes Oncology

· Maintain integrations of field-based sub-systems such as speaker programs, rosters, alignments, sample
· fulfillment, Mobile Locker, Okta, and other key applications
· Work with colleagues and stakeholders to document, prioritize, and deliver business and technical solutions
· Gather project requirements, define business rules, lead discovery sessions, and prepare impact analyses
· Demonstrate strong communication, and relationship building skills with colleagues and partners
· Take responsibility for managing vendor activities and deliverables
· Train other department members as necessary, train new hire classes on field-facing systems and applications as needed
· Actively contribute to the documentation and testing of operational processes, data integration points, and data service offerings in support of key customers
· Support Commercial Sales and Product Strategy, Medical Affairs, Compliance as projects or requirements dictate
· Express technical and business concepts, ideas, opinions, and develop conclusions both orally and in writing
Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)
· Bachelors degree required
· 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical Commercial Operations space or relevant experience
· Experience with Salesforce Automation/CRM platforms required
· Previous master data management and sale operations experience preferred
· Knowledge of Sample Accountability processes is a plus
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
· Functional knowledge of databases and SQL a plus
· Understanding of data warehouse processes and systems a plus
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
· Proven ability and experience in multi-tasking with a commitment to delivering results in tight timelines
· Innovative problem solving skills and impact analysis
· Able to work efficiently in a team oriented setting
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
