Improves operational processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications systems. Being a Business Application Delivery Manager leads multiple projects and oversees programmers to ensure that established policies and procedures are followed correctly. Trains programmers on standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
