Cloudshape is experiencing rapid growth within our IT & Engineering Portfolio. We are currently seeking a talented Release Manager (Application Business Analyst) to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for documenting and managing customer requirements for assigned applications and plan application releases within an agile process.

To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active secret security clearance is required. This is a funded position and is contingent upon verification of a security clearance prior to starting with Cloudshape.

Basic Qualifications:

• Relevant experience is required for these positions. These positions can be filled at multiple levels.
  • For a Jr. Level Application Business Analyst, Four (4) years of relevant experience is required.
  • For a Mid Level Application Business Analyst, Eight (8) years of relevant experience is required.
  • For a Sr. Level Application Business Analyst, Twelve (12) years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience gathering and documenting software requirements utilizing agile processes.
• Ability to interface with customers at various levels from end users to senior management to obtain requirements.
• Ability to analyze business processes and suggest improvements.
• Excellent communication skills which include the ability to facilitate meetings, ask relevant questions related to requirements, and translate customer responses into actionable requirements.
• Excellent writing skills to clearly document customer requirements to be understandable by various teams including developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• US Citizen with an active secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Azure DevOps for requirements management and sprint planning.
• Experience with modeling tools such as Visio.
• Experience with ServiceNow.

What a new Cloudshape team member can expect starting out:

• During the first 30 days of employment onboarding activities to include training requirements, program overviews, system familiarization, and department-specific training will establish a solid foundation for the new Cloudshape team member. Introductions to management and team leads will provide insight into the team dynamics while identifying key areas where the new Cloudshape team member can provide value to the program.

• Day 30 through 90 will consist of further integrating the new Cloudshape team member into daily activities with a team lead to guide them. Tasks will be assigned in accordance with the appropriate pace needed to ensure process and system assimilation.

• Day 90 and onward will consist of mission-guided projects and opportunities for the new Cloudshape team member to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment. From leading day-to-day activities in the operations department, this person will have the ability to invest in their future while delivering maximum value to our customer.
