Business Application Delivery Director directs and leads an organization's business application delivery department. Improves operational processes and supports critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems. Being a Business Application Delivery Director enhances operations by establishing metrics, analyzing processes, and implementing standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Formulates business application architecture plans, estimates costs, and ensures projects meet strategic needs. Additionally, Business Application Delivery Director establishes policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and support efficient operations. Leads and develops a team of business application delivery programmers with training in the best practices and technologies. Uses knowledge of the field to keep the department's software, techniques, and tools up to date. Manages resource planning and decision-making. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior/top management. The Business Application Delivery Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. WWBIC is a CDFI organization that has served 72,709 clients since its
inception 35 years ago. Since 1987, we have also loaned more than
$107 million to small business borrowers and helped entrepreneurs create and
retain 18,027 jobs. In 2022 alone WWBIC closed $8,511,667 in small business
loans, the SBA Payment Protection Program (PPP) ($2.7 million), and
Community Block Development Block Grant (CDBG) forgivable loans
($240,000) and KIVA loan ($720,000). We remain central to the small
business recovery and restart here in Wisconsin by supporting micro and small
businesses in our local communities and throughout the state – those creating

Regional Director - Milwaukee, WI
The Regional Director is a full-time leadership position responsible for overall
coordination and expansion of WWBIC’s business training and financial
wellness programs in an assigned region of the state to meet and exceed
program deliverables and ensure exemplary customer satisfaction.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree. A minimum five years’ experience
in economic development or private sector business. Must have direct program
management and supervisory experience and possess strong organizational and
verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with a
diverse group of people and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Working knowledge of micro-enterprise development and small business
preferred. The capacity to function in a fast-paced, growing organization is
vital. Must communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse
audiences, both in groups and one-on-one. Valid driver’s license and proof of
liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required as position
requires local travel. Occasional evening and weekend hours required.
Salary: $59,123 - $73,903
