Your Role
The Delivery & Installation Technician is responsible for traveling to our customer locations to deliver and assist with the installation of imaging and mailing equipment as needed. The job of a Delivery & Installation Technician involves loading, unloading, preparation, installation, and key-operation training of equipment. The Delivery & Installation Technician is responsible for providing a positive, smooth installation of new equipment with possible removal of old equipment to new and existing customers while obtaining needed signatures and status pages. The Delivery & Installation Technician will work closely with the IT Technical Support Specialist to help get the customer’s machine(s) networked. They will also have strong communication with the Administrative Scheduler to advise of any delays in getting to customer locations on time. The Delivery & Installation Technician will utilize navigation systems to follow the best route possible to arrive at customers’ locations while safely adhering to all speed limits.
