Being a Business Application Delivery Director enhances operations by establishing metrics, analyzing processes, and implementing standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Formulates business application architecture plans, estimates costs, and ensures projects meet strategic needs. The focus is on increasing occupancy and revenue by providing a liaison relationship with hospital case workers, discharge planners, and physicians with hands-on support, guidance and direction to facility staff in the development and implementation of programs to enhance the customer experience and bring peace of mind to our customers.
