At Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Indiana, we are passionate about patient care! At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized treatment in the Northern Indiana. We are seeking a Director of Marketing & Business Development to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current, valid, and active clinical license in the state of employment is preferred (RN, PT, OT, SLP)
• Minimum four years clinical experience preferred
• Two years in clinical compliance role preferred

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of and resource for Federal, State and the Joint Commission standards and hospital specific rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities

Is the individual primarily responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing efforts including public relations, marketing, and sales to ensure full occupancy of the facility. Manages and directs the staff in the Marketing and Business Development Department. Provides administration with summaries and recommendations from market research evaluations. Coordinates the production and placement of advertisements. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $96,461.00 - $107,000.00 per year
