Work you’ll do

As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.

Knowledge Areas- Business Operations

Project Management Office:  

• Provide project support in planning, execution, monitor & control, and reporting activities of a project 
• Engage in deliverable management coordination 
• Support project onboarding activities 
• Provide reports and input to aid projects in decision making 
• Experience and interest in internal and external communications and partnership 

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study
• Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior), Economics, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Operations & Supply Chain, Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations)
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
• All USDC Practitioners will be expected to co-locate up to 30% of their time. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
• Must live in a commutable distance to the following location: Frankfort, Kentucky
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Preferred skillsets: Confidence with business processes and ability to determine impacts on business operations. Executive presence, operational / process design with strong analytical skills, an eye for process improvement, ability to solve complex problems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to peers and leaders. Ability to articulate status reports and present in front of others as well as in a virtual environment.
