Business Application Delivery Director directs and leads an organization's business application delivery department. Improves operational processes and supports critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems. Being a Business Application Delivery Director enhances operations by establishing metrics, analyzing processes, and implementing standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. The Executive Director of Programs is responsible for oversight of Strategic Exceptions business development programs including management of the Illinois MBDA Business Center and oversight of special programs. The Executive Director Programs provides business counseling and training for entrepreneurs, including those that are socially and economically disadvantaged throughout the state of Illinois and upon request from out-of-state minority business enterprises.
