Business Application Delivery Director directs and leads an organization's business application delivery department. Improves operational processes and supports critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems. Being a Business Application Delivery Director enhances operations by establishing metrics, analyzing processes, and implementing standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Formulates business application architecture plans, estimates costs, and ensures projects meet strategic needs. Additionally, Business Application Delivery Director establishes policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and support efficient operations. Leads and develops a team of business application delivery programmers with training in the best practices and technologies. Uses knowledge of the field to keep the department's software, techniques, and tools up to date. Manages resource planning and decision-making. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior/top management. The Business Application Delivery Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Business Application Delivery Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     The Business Sales Manager (BSM) is responsible for the development and growth of Diagnostic Cardiology sales opportunities and management of our distribution partner network throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

    The BSM is responsible for the achievement of all assigned revenue, margin and product mix targets. Preferably, they will also have a clinical or technical background, ideally in either a diagnostic or acute cardiology environment; with a demonstrated successful track record of sales of Medical capital equipment.

    The Business shall have aptitude for product level demonstration, and sufficient knowledge of system integration, networks and servers to be able to identify and front solutions at customer level.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Achieve annual sales quota by prioritising selling time to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration and complete territory coverage.
    • Identify and develop strategic reference sites nationally.
    • Works closely with, and provides line management support to a Product Support Manager to achieve success in the region.
    • Provide market feedback and analysis; market observation.
    • Work with Commercial and Marketing Directors to develop, implement, and update quarterly and annual Business Plans supporting attainment of quota, market share growth, and other company objectives.
    • Maintain and develop relationships with partner companies in order to maximise revenue from outsourced services which form part of the Spacelabs solutions.
    • Implement and manage the tools required to measure distributor performance. Including but not limited to; Funnel Management, Sales activity, demostock management and forecasting.
    • Provide regular, accurate revenue forecasts for the territory as required.
    • Represent Spacelabs Healthcare as the technology leader and vendor of choice through regular product presentations, evaluations, customer training and sales calls as required by the company.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on Spacelabs’ products and competitive products.
    • Participate in Professional Trade Shows and attend relevant international meetings.
    • Maintain complete knowledge of each reference site’s current / long term purchase plans   and objectives, reporting all changes in plans, objectives and key buying influences.
    • Maintenance of account profiles, forecasts etc. within CRM on a daily basis.
    • Work with Commercial and Marketing colleagues to develop targeted marketing activity focused on business growth.
    • Focus on sales margin protection by ensuring our distribution partners are well armed to sell the value of our products and services.

    Qualifications

    • Degree/professional level education in either a clinical, biomedical, science or business discipline.
    • A Clinical or technical background is essential, including diagnostic cardiology.
    • Extensive prior Diagnostic Cardiology sales experience is essential
    • A demonstrated successful history of medical sales in capital equipment is essential, along with extensive experience of providing software offerings through solution based sales,
    • Must become fully competent in the application and operation of all products in the Diagnostic Cardiology area.
    • Travel: Extensive domestic travel is required, and can range from 60 to 80%.Maybe required to travel internationally and must be able to acquire all necessary travel documents
