Business Analytics Manager manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Manager consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Business Analytics Manager builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, statistics or a quantitative field. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, including forecasting sales and transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improving financial performance.
Lead the annual sales budgeting process, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to establish targets and monitor performance against goals.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
Manage integration projects aimed at aligning processes and systems across brands, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, such as strategic priorities across both marketing and operations.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and concisely, influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.) and core analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, etc.)
Ability to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant, understandable, and actionable for key stakeholders
Ability to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
Effectively interact at all levels of the organization across multiple functional areas
Excellent writing, presentation, project management, and strong influencing skills required
Interest in the restaurant industry and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands
Minimal travel may be required
