Being a Business Analytics Manager consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Works effectively with Leadership team, physician leaders and a variety of Billings Clinic Main Campus Departments to plan, organize, facilitate and monitor the activities and functions of Billings Clinic Bozeman’s structure and strategy. The Business Manager and Consultant will be responsible to provide leadership and direction for the services provided at the Billings Clinic Bozeman to ensure continuity and consistency across and throughout departments and in the region. Ensures the delivery of cost-effective health care services in line with the Billings Clinic mission, vision, values and goals. Accountabilities include strategic financial planning, program and project development, and responsibility to manage department process improvement.
